I purchased a Townie electric bike. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I’m in my 60’s and I wasn’t sure which bike would be a good fit for me. In other words I was a bit high maintenance. Their patience and knowledge made it work. I love my bike! I’ve been all over the island 🏝

Friendly service, knowledgeable mechanics, who explain things in easy to understand terms. They treat everyone respectfully, even if you’re not an avid cyclist, but just an older person who enjoys cruising on her e-bike!
We took in our 2 t line Brompton bikes and were thoroughly happy with the service. They were able to fix the front end squeaks on both bikes and replaced the drive train on one bike in one day!
I am impressed with their knowledgeable service on Brompton bikes and would recommend them for any service work.
