I moved here from Ohio about 18 months ago. I found this bike shop and continue going back.
I brought my bicycle wheel back to the store after the recently purchased tire and innertube would not hold air. I did not have a receipt, but the gentleman working that day confirmed my purchase and, without hesitating, replaced the faulty innertube. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes! Because of their high level of customer service, I will continue to bring my bicycles into this store for service.
John at your Lake Zurich store is awesome and offers great assistance every time i come to this store.
My sales person, I think his name was Toni, was incredibly helpful and got me exactly what I needed. He even had the best coffee recommendations since I'm not from the area!

We're a Trek family through and through. George Garner Cyclery in Lake Zurich has been great to work with over many years and five bikes. George worked extra hard to ensure that my bike was ready for our anniversary ride on Saturday even though the disassembled bike arrived on the Friday before. I greatly appreciate that level of commitment!
