Fast and easy
I had an annoying problem with my bike--it wouldn't downshift to first gear. It was very hard for me to pedal when in strong winds or going uphill. They quickly found the problem and fixed it for me for a reasonable fee. I'm enjoying riding my bike in town for small errands pretty much every day!

The tandem bike you boxed up for shipment after replacing the chain and installing new tires has arrived at my grandson's home in Atlanta, GA.
