I will absolutely and always support our local bike shops (LBS)! The employees understand their products, and care for their customers. Not only did we get support with a defective bike helmet for my son, but they wouldn't let us leave until his new helmet was properly fitted. That type of service and care would never happen at a big box store. Thank you Garner!

Tony was fantastic. My wife was very nervous about trialing Ebikes. They had everything ready to go when we stopped by. Answered all the questions and did timely follow up. The consummate host and expert!
Worked with me for over an hour and through multiple bike trials to find the right fit. Made sure every bike was tuned up properly before each test. And they were extremely helpful with fitting the saddle and bars perfectly. Before I left they did one more final inspection, oiled the chain, and helped me get my bike into my car. Phenomenal service and attention to detail! Will definitely be back for anything I need!
