I brought my son's bike in for service to replace the front tire tube. I asked to check the rear tire tube and if it needs to be replaced then go ahead and replace it. It was ok and they didn't need to replace it. I appreciate the honesty. That goes a long way in to earn trust. Service was quick too. Done the same day.

I lived in Northbrook for 26 years. This bike store has always been there. Its name changed. Its service, kind staff, and knowledge on old bikes, idiots like me want because they use to have the same one a long time ago in a state far far away… I live in Glenview now. I googled just to make sure they were still there and to get the phone number. I was greeted with an exceedingly kind yes, but we are a bit booked out due to the weather finally being nice and people wanting to bike now.
Anyway TLDR: Go here. Don't bother with any other store around here. The store still looks and smells the same from when I was a kid. In what I can only describe as the best way possible. What a blast from the past!
In shopping for an electric bike that I was comfortable with everyone was very helpful and did help me find the bike that I decided was a good fit.

Annual tune up time and as usual, you guys were very targeted about what was needed and recommended that I did not need tune ups for our bikes and saved me a lot of money. It’s the honesty and the excellent job.
