Extremely fast and inexpensive. I dropped off my bike trailer to have a flat tire fixed at 10:00 and was expecting to get a call that afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised when my phone rang about 10:45 that it was ready for pick up!

I had two bikes tuned up, and the service was excellent. The price was very reasonable, and both bikes looked great when I picked them up. They rode smoothly, shifted well, and felt like new again. The staff did a thorough job, and I am very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing bike repairs or maintenance.

It's always a pleasure doing business with George Garner Cyclery Northbrook. Ryan as always was a big help and got my bike ready for the triathlon I'm doing on Sunday. The work was excellent and my bike was ready as promised.
Excellent diagnosis and customer care
Service is best in the area. I have been to other shops, and they all charge way more and service quality is not what you pay for. I have worked with both Northbrook and Libertyville, and would highly recommend either one.
Excellent Service at a great price!
The service is excellent, the knowledge of the staff is excellent, and the facility is clean and comfortable. The reason for not giving a 10 is that I have lost confidence in my Trek bike as I have had 3 episodes of spokes disconnecting from the wheel. Trek did kindly replace the wheels even 3 years after the warranty was expired.
Knowledgeable friendly and efficient
The staff listened to my riding preferences (recreational, gravel bike path) and concerns over safety. I haven't bought a new bike in about 30 years and was amazed at the latest improvements, including to helmets. These were explained to me, enabling me to select the proper bike and accessories within my budget.
