I had the rear tire of my mountain bike going flat repeatedly. The bike mechanic discovered that the manufacturer had used only a rubber strip to protect the recessed spoke screws. This was causing the tube to be pinched and damaged on the rim side. This was corrected with some Verlo double-thickness tape. Hopefully, this will resolve the problem.
