We moved to Crystal Lake and that's why we changed the store from Northbrook. We congratulate Sean for his customer service; we feel very good about him, good energy and knowledgeable about the product he sells, although we miss Ryan. he is for sure the best! What do I like about the product and service? The service I received from Ryan when I brought in my Electra Cruiser for a chain check was impressive. He checked it out and gave me options. I could tell he was very knowledgeable about my bike. I purchased a new seat and a bike dinger. He helped me select the correct bike seat. The shop was speedy & efficient in putting on my new seat and the bell. Highly recommend George Garner Cyclery
