Explaining why one bike would be a better option for you than another by explaining what they do and how to pick a bike that you feel comfortable and confident on. Because as Andy said if you are not comfortable and confident you won’t ride it.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! Took a bit long to get my wheel back but it’s summer and peak season so I wasn’t surprised and I planned on it taking some time.
I came in for a fire repair. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and took time to help me unload my bike and explain what happened to my tire so I can avoid that again in the future.
The rep I worked with at the Lake Zurich store was very helpful in outfitting my son with a bike. He new we were budget concious and he fitted my son on a brand new trek. Once he knew the fit he grabbed a pre-owned bike from his stock and it was the exact same bike but 2 or 3 models older than the one he was fitted on. Was practically mint condition and was significantly cheaper. Worked perfect for our budget and we also ended up buying a helmet.
