I am very grateful for George’s assistance at your shop when we came in. My son was very upset that I was purchasing him a helmet after he fell on a busy street while trying to do a trick with no helmet on and George helped us both calm down, managed to get a helmet on my sons head and my son kept it on for the remainder of our ride. Thank you so much! We just moved to Barrington and will be returning to Lake Zurich for future bike repairs and purchases.

The service is always professional and friendly and I've always left the store satisfied.
When I recently left the area for a new home they boxed up my bike for me and had it shipped to my new location.
I appreciate that the bike shop has been in the same location for all these years, and would always help me out in a pinch.

Paying $20 to have my derailleur adjusted when it wasn’t properly switching gears seemed like a bargain. I also love supporting local family businesses. Especially one that has been in the same family for so many years.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The bikes I wanted were out of stock and they got them in quickly as promised. They helped me install the bike rack on my vehicle too.
The people who work there know what they’re talking about and are very nice. They don’t try to oversell or over explain. They just fix bikes and they’re the best!!!
