The guy who took care of me (sorry I didn’t catch his name) was knowledgeable & didn’t try to upsell. The tune up on my bike was reasonably priced and the bike was ready when it was promised.
First name removed and the others did a great job helping me, select the proper bike and accessories.
Can shop online. Friendly and flexible. Able to return bike if any issues.
Technical knowledge, straight forward, will not push extra repairs when not needed, courteous.

Product can be found in more than one place; service cannot be. I purchased my Trek bike years ago at George Garner in Lake Zurich and recently returned for a car rack where I met Andy. While I had so many questions, the shopping experience to determine what was best for me was amazing. I didn’t feel rushed and he really listened to me; also the recommendation he made was spot on. Andy explained features for assessories I was curious about which I also ended up purchasing. When they finish tuning up my bike I’ll be all set for my upcoming cycling goals. I encourage anyone to start there because you won’t need to go anywhere else.
