Swimming lessons have been amazing and so have the instructions?
Mostly friendly employees. Caroline is wonderful blending a balance between the ymca and patrons. She listens well and, when she can, helps resolve issues impacting customers. Paul does a fantastic job with facility management! Marlyn in aquatics has been a proven asset for the ymca.

The workouts are Challenging, but suited for all ages. You have a choice of the degree of training. I've enjoyed every class I've taken. The instructors are wonderful. I look forward to my classes every week. There's something for everyone no matter your age.

Our instructors engage with the members both as a group and individually. They encourage and challenge us at at all levels and all classes. Our classes and exercises room are are full and then some.
Our Y has many activities that are special - popcorn Fridays and celebrations for special events for members encouraged and lead by members.

I use the track and machines. Have not taken any classes.
Love swimming laps, and that your pool is available for scheduling lanes most mornings and afternoons. Especially enjoy the sauna after swimming.
