I like some of the programs, but haven’t use them very much lately! Have to see what works in my timeframe! I have been been using the common area for socializing, which has been helpful to me!
The gym felt pretty clean and the staff was helpful.
I do wish there were some new mats (the ones I used were very used and kind of falling apart) additionally there were no resistance bands at the time. Would love to have access to those!
Exercise classes
The indoor pool schedule has been disappointing for people who water walk the rest of the year. There is no dedicated time for us to water walk in the indoor pool.
The ladies locker room is still sub standard in terms of cleanliness.
The people are the reason I keep coming back. Most of the workers are wonderful.
I love the outdoor pool, winter under 'the bubble' and especially in the spring, summer and fall!
There are a lot of people who like to play pickleball at sharonville. However, the summer hours 5-7:30 are very inconvenient due to heavy traffic and it being mealtime for most families. Since you have two gyms it would be nice if one could be used for the young people that are out of school and the other for pickleball at better and more reasonable hours. Thank you for your consideration.

Pool improvements fantastic from last year's renovations.
Locker room has been improved but I feel will always need attention. Many different needs (clientele) in a small space. Steam and Sauna are great but feel dated.
Old tennis courts, I hope are paying off with soccer. Pickelball is another game-changer for members, if the current draw runs its course. Location is perfect, in open-air, as sound can be an issue. Is there another location for soccer?
Front desk and employees are typically upbeat, supporting healthy living.

I like how community centered the Y is. It's inviting and clean, and I enjoy spending time there.
The reception was very very good. Excellent reception information was a thorough and the Tour guide was very friendly and very informative about what goes on at the senior citizen center and as well as the YMCA I am a first time member and I really and truly enjoyed.my first visit.

I have only been a member a week. it was easy to sign up and the staff was lovely. I very much enjoy the pool- which is all I have attended so far.
I am new but so far I like the pool and fitness center. Would like to try more programs in the future.
Only complaint is that I wish the hours were a little later.
We haven't done any activities yet at the YMCA. But we do enjoy the pool and workout rooms!
They have so much to offer.
