Actually love it all.
Only issue I've had so far is with the lap lane in the outside pool.
My grandsons and I were doing laps as I was teaching them different strokes.
At the shallow end there were about 5 or 6 girls playing at that end of the pool. We kept running into them and we couldn't ever complete a full lap.
When I mentioned something to the life guard, he said that they are allowed to be in there.
I understand if perhaps they were just chilling but they were not.
Disappointing...especially since the rules on the side mention that the lap lane is for lessons and exercise.
Everything
Lots of variety
Staff and instructors are helpful.
Enjoy the senior classes. Every trainer and personnel have been very helpful and friendly.
Just joined. Looking forward to sunning/swimming and basketball. I was a member years ago and enjoyed the men's basketball league as well as the pool. I felt welcomed and well-guided in my current re-orientation/joining process, led by Sarah.

I also love the e-gym!
I like just being able to come into a class without having to register for the class first on line.
Very understanding. Very respectful and very helpful.
We like the various classes that you offer at the Blue Ash YMCA

I love the water classes. Mel and Kim are great instructors.
There seems to be a lack of support from upper management for the water classes. There is a problem with not enough life guards. I understand several life guards have left for CRC because they will be compensated at a higher rate. So why don’t we ever see management step in to cover the one lone lifeguard that needs a break, or allow more people in the pool. There seems to be a lack of planning ahead with scheduling lifeguards. Marilyn was out for training on Monday and the outdoor pool was closed because they had one lifeguard. Some patrons have been told by the front desk if they can’t get signed up for class to “go somewhere else”.
I enjoy several of the fitness classes.
Classes for all ages and abilities. Friendly atmosphere. Sense of community.
Lack of parking is a concern in the summer with day camp using the back parking lot though.
I like the pickleball, the pool and the nautilus room.
They all fit the needs of my health plan
I like to be able to swim with the kids!
My children love coming . There are rules which are enforced to keep my children and others safe . I really like that . The hours are great for late swim because they like to come for hours . Excited to see what else we can do as a family at the YMCA.
I like the no contract and join and rejoin as needed.
Work for 53
