Your instructors for the silver sneakers program are awesome. I do weight, boom and Aqua Fitness and deepwater Aqua Fitness chair, yoga.. all awesome people. Very friendly front desk staff as well.

To be honest with you it's about your great personnel. You have have a wonderful complex and all kinds of programs but without wonderful personnel you are in big trouble.

I love the wonderful variety of activies that are offered at YMCA. I love that I can work out with my granddaughter and then get ready for the pool!

The open swim lane fits by exercise needs at this time. There seems to be a lot of options depending on your fitness level.

Private swim classes and kids day care so i can work out in a gym without worrying about my daughter.

I really enjoy the Outdoor Water Aerobics class that Colleen teaches in the Summer. Her energy is great along with the music and enthusiasm. Lots of fun!
