Wonderful teachers. I love the programs for seniors. The Senior Center provides interesting activities and fun out-of-town trips.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The group exercise classes are fantastic! The instructors are fantastic! I’m so happy I joined the Y. The activities allow me, a senior, to get the workout I’m interested in and if it’s a little above my ability, I can gear down. I love the fact that I’m challenged!

Walking track and fitness room. Also love the pool but they need to get new steps in the outdoor pool on the 3&1/2 ft. Side that got taken out in Aug. We need those steps.
