The programs and activities are designed to fit the community's population needs. The facility's equipment is top of the line and the management and staff are very professional.

I use the cardio machines and weight machines and open gym. At the time I'm there, I never have to worry about overcrowding.
I am a silver sneakers member and I love the ymca participates and gives seniors who are on a limited income have access to all of the facility. I take advantage in the lap swim which is an excellent way to stay strong and healthy.
good activities and good people
I am an older gentleman at the age of 88 and I come there hopefully about two times a week with one of my sons who insist that I have to keep moving which I agree. I don't recall how long I've been coming but I had to lay off for a while because I came down with a couple infections that I got from your warm water pool I think. My son rides me through exercise not about here for machines and then we go to the pool. There's one thing I like for you to fix if at all possible. That is the dryer in the men's washroom. It's a neat idea but the thing is falling apart. Other than that the overall facility is great. You spent a lot of money putting a new handicap signs in the parking lot it would be nice if you could spend some money on that dryer in the men's room. group classes. the ones I use are amazing. the instructors are fun and motivating and over time it has turned into a real community. I also love that there are books clubs, bible studies, etc

Love the outdoor pool! I use it to swim laps year round. It’s a privilege to be able to swim outdoors from late April til early October. I appreciate its use over the winter as well.
