Consistent quality and great people
I love the deep water aerobics and swimming at the DT Y. Tasha keeps the locker room perfect and is a friend to many of us. The instructors of our water classes are knowledgeable and inspire a friendly, cooperative time together. I love my Y.
Nu Step for us old guys. And the exercise equipment is first class! Just a great place to go.

Lots of stuff to choose from. I'm a runner myself so would love some type of group running activities.
The staff is incredibly friendly especially Kathy in the early morning. Large well equipped work out area!
