The pool
It's a great place to put in some time doing those exercises you can't do at home, plus those welcoming "Good mornings" from all your friends helps to jump start your day. Sometimes it takes some effort to get out of bed and get going but in the end you will feel better for making the effort and then you have something to tell your doctor that should earn you some points. :)
