Great customer service!! The staff are very vibrant and courteous.
The gym always looks and smells fresh and clean, the equipment is up to date, and the staff is always warm, knowledgeable and attentive.
The temperature in the gym is always comfortable. More importantly, my kids love having the option to either play, workout or just sit on the nice comfortable sofa read a book and just wait for me to finish.

It’s clean, warm and inviting. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming. I love the variety of fitness classes that’s available. There’s something there for all age groups.
The knowledge of the equipment, classes and schedules; as well as the excellent Customer Servuce and patience.
We love the sense of community here. There are so many activities to make fitness and swim safety accessable to everyone. The swim lessons are so affordable compared to other places. Everyone who works here is friendly and it makes it so welcoming.

The front staff is amazing. I do wish there were more glute focused machines and possibly a sauna but this place is extremely clean. It just seems a bit small for how many people come in. I’m definitely satisfied with my monthly membership though.
The accommodation is good. Staff like Mr. Jason Wang and the swimming instructors are helpful and happy to help. It shows in their faces.
We love the Y! There's genuinely something for everyone in my family. The staff is super friendly and the facility is always clean. We have no notes! 10/10 neighborhood gym/ community center experience.
Easy access and lots of choices for activities
The staff and facilities are nice.
With summer coming, it would be nice to have more time between Family Swim and Water Fitness class in the evening. The chaos of kids getting out and pool toys needing to be picked up and lifeguards cleaning all that up and WF starting on time is craziness!
Cleaner pool locker room
Swimming lessons with Tim were great.
The people who work there and the other people that swim in the morning are nice.
Locker rooms are fine.
The pool water is warm.
My only suggestions are to clean or replace the shower curtains and clean or replace the rugs in the locker room.
The employees are so friendly, the equipment is well maintained and clean, and it never feels like an intimidating "gym" atmosphere.
