Many exercise programs for many levels of fitness. Really enjoy the Aqua Zumba classes.
I love the atmosphere and the family environment! I do think it was a very poor idea to get rid of all treadmills without the televisions. It leaves one without something to distract you from the tedium of the exercise.

Wow where do I start the Y staff is so friendly! The equipment for working out is always clean and new looking there is enough space for you to do your own structure of workout as well as tremendous amounts of classes at different times that meet everyone's schedule! I enjoy the fact that you have multiple Lanes to swimming so you have all your needs meant for a healthy life style. With Amazing atmosphere ..highly recommended!

Water Fitness at 7:00 pm 4 nights a week! Yay! Great instructors! Great variety between the instructors!
With subs needed these days, it would be really cool if the subs could see what the regular instructor teaches. Sometimes the sub's classes are so much different (and not as vigorous) as the regular nightly instructors. Afraid of losing the base of Water Fitness attendees.
A second walk in ladder at the back of the pool would be a wonderful blessing.

I have been a Y member at Waltham Woods (Parkville)since the gym has been open. They never seem to disappoint. The gym is well maintained and the staff is great.
