What do you like about your Y experience?

I joined the Y in March, 2018-- significantly overweight, sedentary and tentative. I felt immediately comfortable and affirmed, and my husband and I made a commitment to each other to work out 6 days a week, and I signed on with a personal trainer. It has been one of the best decisions of my life! The staff has been kind, professional and helpful; the facility is bright and clean; programs offered are extensive and inviting. I continue to feel affirmed-- I also feel healthy, strong and confident, and have lost 20 lbs. There is a long way to go, but I now feel hopeful and determined, for which I am so thankful!

What do you like about your Y experience?

Friendly staff, especially Ms. Erin, the Hip-Hop Dance instructor, who is patient and makes sure each participant is engaged and having fun! I'm also grateful that she is able to work with the wide age-span and different abilities.

Rebecca was an amazing swim instructor!!!!! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My son went from fearful of the water to a swimmer!

i signed up for lifeguard course for November but it was cancelled for lack of interest 5 days before first class. disappointing. hopefully the January replacement class will actually be held.
