Great facilities, and friendly staff
I love the caretakers in Stay N Play. They are kind and engaging and I feel completely at ease leaving my son there. I also love the family events that the Y plans, such as the Breakfast with Santa.
I like the atmosphere at the Y ... the openness, the brightness. I also like the pool..best Y pool I’ve been to. The kiddie pool is magical.. all the pool area needs is a hot tub!
I like the locker rooms.. Also like the people at the Y. I have never had an issue with anyone.. friendly place!
I don’t live in Towson, but I go out of my way to attend the Y whenever I could. :-)
Pretty much everything. The facility is great...fitness center, pools, gym, child care center, etc. and the Staff are the "Best".. very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable.

I like the variety of classes offered and I like that I never have to wait for a treadmill. I enjoy the staff members. I like the stay and play room and the parents night out events

Great variety of classes and beautiful facility that is well maintained and clean. Also love the common areas where people can hang out and mingle with other members.
Wife and I are members of Arnold Y as well and between the two really keeps us in good mental and physical condition. Wish you could keep Health Bar open entire day as we arrive in Towson at different hours. We work out have health drink and sit and read for a while. Also why did you do away with health sandwiches which we truly enjoyed?

The facilities are an A+. The pool is salinated! I'm a swimmer and this makes it possible to swim year round without that awful dry skin you get from chlorine-only pools. It also feels more buoyant which is just a lovely experience. There's a rock wall. Indoor fire pit. Every machine you can think of.
I also love sitting in the sauna and meeting people from all walks of life. Baltimore tends to be pretty self-segregated by ethnicity, class, and religion. My family truly appreciates the inclusivity of the Y.
The front door staff and all of the instructors. I love the fireplace to relax after working out.

Great staff, excellent machines, variety of classes for all levels of fitness. I really appreciate the LiveStrong program. Convenient hours of operation; would like later Sunday hours though!
