It's welcoming and has a lot of offerings. I mostly just swim but it's nice to do the occasional yoga or pilates class. My teen daughter loves taking those classes.

For me, it is a community! I've met the most wonderful people, have forged friendships inside and outside of the Y as a result of participation. Oh and yes, I am more fit and flexible than ever.

I Love the e-gym workout, I feel stronger and healthier since starting it. I do it at least 5 days a week. I also love the childcare stay and play and the family pool

Everything from the friendly and dedicated employees to the vast expanse of exercise equipment, to the pools, to the pickle ball to all the class offerings. It’s a wonderful family environment that three generations are our family call home.
