The Y Towson is beautiful and everyone is so friendly

I like the variety of classes and I like the building.
Variety of group fitness classes, the frequency of Pickleball, meeting new people and the friendships I have developed. I also like that the Y supports the community and has a variety of youth programs.
I take the aqua classes which helps with the aging process. I love that the pool has a deep end unlike a lot of the other Y pools.

Reason for a 9 and not a 10
new True machines do not seem to be as reliable and
things are breaking down regularly from age and or maintenance scheduling (HVAC pool)
and
High School - College kids take up weight machines for long periods b/c in groups and on phones from 11 am on with some times more than others
so have to avoid certain time
love the new YouTube displays while on cardios

I like that the gym is never over crowded during peak and non peak hours. There are a lot of fun classes to attend. The long open windows is so helpful to come in early or late. Membership fee is also reasonable priced.

One complaint: tickets for classes should not go out until 30’ before a class time. Some front desk people put them out earlier and they are gone Att 30’ pre class
