The Y has a lot to offer for everyone. The equipment is in good shape and repairs, when needed, don't take too long.
Everything is clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I appreciate having a nice, well maintained lap pool. There is a good balance of class schedules (I especially like mid-morning).

Online registration was simple. In person the next day, the staff was so helpful and provided great service and information.

Quality of instructors, cleanliness of gyms and workout space, and friendliness of staff.
Something about it makes it feel like a place with a sense of community. I can't put my finger on it.
By comparison, the other YMCA in the area that we regularly attend is the YMCA in Parkville. While that one is clean and friendly and honestly there is NOTHING to complain about, it just does not have the same sense of community as the Orokawa Y.
I wish I had more suggestions, but your Orokawa location is doing a fantastic job.
The Orokawa Y is very well maintained and has everything I could want/need for exercise. I'm also loving the YMCA 360 app.
