Like the spacious area with the machines. Like the pool for sing laps. Haven't taken advantage of the classes.
Don't love that high school boys monopolize the weight machines in the afternoons. The current weight machine circuit is kinda lame. I'm 50 and I think I'm too cool for it!!

Welcoming friendly environment. I haven’t been to a gym in years and do not feel self conscious at all. Everyone including staff and members have been so nice.

It was very easy to start up my membership again now that I have more time in my schedule. I appreciate all the help from the staff to get me going again!!!

I object to having to provide a bank card that remains on file. I protect my card from as many opportunities for scammers to gain access. This has happened to me twice…insurance company and a hospital, so I know it can happen again. Perhaps Y should invest in Apple Pay or other device so I can pay without my card on file. Or allow checks. My preference is to pay monthly or two months in advance.
I was a member of this Y for three years before Covid. I paid six months at a time as a member of Bykota Senior Center. Sorry that option is no longer available.
Additionally, the only method to see classes is using app. For those who may not have internet services and/or computers or smart devices, you have left them without many options.
I love going to the Y. Everyone at the reception desk is welcoming and friendly. I also enjoy the yoga classes, although the more popular instructors’ classes are often crowded, leaving limited space to practice comfortably. It would be wonderful to offer two yoga classes at the same time during peak hours so more people have an opportunity to participate while maintaining adequate personal space.
I used to enjoy the sauna but stopped going because it is very small and almost always overcrowded. I also noticed that some people do not wipe down the area before leaving. I always bring a towel and clean the space after using it. A larger sauna or clearer cleaning expectations would make the experience more comfortable and hygienic for everyone.

Nice staff, equipment and classes!
I love the large facility and the numerous activities available. I love the wonderful diverse community which includes all ages, ethnicities, genders, and abilities as well as the friendly welcoming staff.

Friendly staff. Personally, I love the Expresso bikes. The exercise facility is bright, sunny and large enough that you don't feel like you're invading someone else's space.
Friendly, clean and all the equipment I could ever need.
The employees are always very kind. One criticism: I’m not a huge fan of the new digital notice boards, especially as the placement of one in the lobby resulted in removing one of 2 sofas to the ping pong area. The pair of sofas were definitely appreciated and used.

Love the community spirt, the staff is always willing to help. I also love that the administration listened when it was requested that blinds be installed to to prevent people from suffering with too much sunlight at the EGYM early in the morning hours. Thank you! I also like how machines are quickly serviced in the event of a breakdown. Facilities are clean. Lots of options for different things to consider doing. Love that
