We have loved our return to the YMCA since taking a break from attending in person during the pandemic. Great exercise machines, lovely pool, clean facilities, and a friendly staff. In the mere space of a week, it's changed our daily routine for the better.

Very friendly, clean environment, and helpful when needed
There is an abundance of enjoyable activities, expecially swimming at the outdoor poos in Arnold and Pasadena; the water aerobics and swimming instructors, as well as almost everyone I have met at the gym are very friendly and fun. I see many enjoying themselves and actually becoming increasingly fit.

The girls loved Camp whippoorwil. I really am annoyed with the ePACT. It took me a long time and many emails to get it on my phone so I could check the girls in and out. It was not used once during the whole week. I feel the app and using ePACT on the web were a waste of time...an exercise in futility!
Told staff @ least 4 times about the defective blow dryer in men locker room. That has not been replaced yet.
Location is when you go through double doors / mens locker room. Make left. Go all the way down. Then left & right. On that wall there used to be a hair dryer. It was defective just hanging there for months. Now it’s been removed and has not been replaced?
Also the clock is missing? As you go through double doors.There used to be a clock on wall , that is no longer there?
Otherwise everything is wonderful @ the Y.

I use the fitness center. There is a lot of equipment and I never have to wait. It is also very clean and the staff are very friendly.
