Water aerobics are what I do most, but I also enjoy swimming laps. I have friends who I think would enjoy the water aerobics classes, and I would like to suggest that to them. Would it be possible for you provide limited free passes for people who may be considering joining the Y?

Availability of classes geared towards "seniors": chair yoga and aqua arthritis. I'm the youngest person in all the classes (early 40s); however, due to chronic illness the "senior" classes are at my tempo.

I love the Y. The Y is such a welcoming community that has so much to offer members.
It was our first time and the young lady at the front desk (and I did not get her name) but she was so friendly and nice. She explained everything to us and answered all of my questions. She helped us with our pictures and getting our scan cards. Very professional.

They are up front. Their gyms are clean. They offer the old fashioned as well as electrical locker. Their weight machines have helped tremendously.
