Great place and more importantly great people
Great friendly staff. Fun events for the entire family that promote healthy living. Kids love it here! My twin 8yr old enjoy swim time the best and look forward tk working out in the big gym.

I came into the wall I feeling discouraged I'm down in the dumps. I received very cheerful patient advice on what kind of program would best be suited to me. All three people to talk to me encouraged me to be optimistic about increasing my strength and flexibility. They helped me find two different programs that would be most beneficial really made me feel like they had my needs at heart.
The instructors have been very good and well prepared.
I like that it offers on-line classes, real classes, swimming and gym.
