Tons of Group classes. - abundance of encouragement. Great trainers: always someone in the weight room/gym to guide you along on equipment use- at no charge. Personal trainers: For a reasonable fee, you can have special individual attention. Or join their “small groups”. Review the trainers bio and select one geared to your personal goals.
Pools: Which I love! Both warm and also a main pool. Tons of water classes or just lap swim.

It was the first time I visited this YMCA the center seems very welcoming. We'll definitely be returning soon

Lots of activities available
Great coaching. Patience. Made it fun for all the kids.
Timing of classes, the facilities as well as the staff. One request to please consider is to offer bath towels for the swimmers as well. I have seen this in Y's in other parts of the country and it is a great to have warm towels by the pool or the sauna in case one wants to take an impromptu swim or relax and have not brought their own towels.

I love the programs at at the Y. I bring my grandchildren for swimming lessons, I play pickleball and take pickleball lessons and I take advantage of the exercise classes. It's a great place! We could use more parking, tho.
Much improved from our last experience - classes had checklists with outcomes to reach, clear expectations and goals for the kids to reach by the end of each session and the course

Don’t like: overcrowded much of the time. No discounts on memberships when using a trainer.
