Fun for all ages. Play and Stay is lifesaving for parents of little ones! The staff are amazing, our kids are not only having fun but learning. Being able to maintain an active lifestyle, taking exciting classes and using the gym while knowing your children are safely down the hall has improved our family's fitness habits.

The program is set up to provide as much assistance I need to get my program started as I work toward a healthier life. The facility is very clean and hasn’t been crowded or difficult for me to access anything so far…

I like getting my workout planned for me and the ability to work at my own pace and also having someone on the floor to assist when guidance is needed. Since co-vid i have only been back to the gym a couple of times and feel safe in doing so.
