I like getting my workout planned for me and the ability to work at my own pace and also having someone on the floor to assist when guidance is needed. Since co-vid i have only been back to the gym a couple of times and feel safe in doing so.

Great facility with very welcoming staff and experienced and energetic instructors. I participate in the Masters swim program and besides the great Espirit de Corps with fellow swimmers Coach Lexey always has a challenging swim program for all swim levels. Kelly McCullough does a great job in her Spin and fitness classes in the mornings. Gary is a very welcoming and friendly at the front desk every morning even at 5a in the morning!

Reallly enjoy the family swim time! My daughter is 47 and developmentally disabled with autism. Can bring along with her caregiver. She jumps a little, splashes more and likes the lifeguards.
I just got back to Yoga with Candy. She is terrific guiding us through breathing and following poses. 👍

They Y is great for families. There is something to do for all ages. My kids love going to play basketball and swim during family swim time. Not to mention, it’s great for your health!
