Everyone - members to staff are friendly and congenial kind, a family! Coffee is out until noon and the social group of seniors bring a side dish, contribut $5 and are treated to a periodic themed lunch! I mainly use the lap pool which schedule works well. The facility is clean. For seniors, get your exercise and social time (also a book club if you like) Come to the Ward Y and skip the Senior Center or do both!
Fitness weight equipment is fairly up-to-date, unlike other local fitness clubs have outdated equipment. Y facility is very complete with availability of many aspects of health & fitness equipment, classes, swimming pool rooms, spin...etc. Very clean and facility for children is great.

I love the group classes!
I swim in the lap pool and I appreciate the professionalism of the lifeguards. They pay attention to the swimmers and don't play loud music. As a result, my morning swim is not only good exercise but almost a form of meditation.
Also, the greeters at the front desk are always cheerful and friendly.

The kids love going, the staff is extremely friendly and caring, and we have a great time going out to eat or watching a movie by ourselves.

Length of the sessions in weeks and length of the weekly lesson in time as well. I think schedule availability is also very helpful.

Instructor is amazing already. No more recommendations
The staff is always friendly and great with the kids while we have some adult time for a couple hours.
We go for the gym and Thanh swim classes, it would be nice how to do the portal so we could talk to the instructor or get emails. One the instructors was very rude to us when our class was cancelled and we drove from Perry Hall.

The interaction with the children are pleasant, although some of the kids are a challenge to them. I feel that the parents of those children need to assist the instructor, because it takes away the training for the other students.
