I love the staff especially those at the pool. They are very respectful and supportive to us especially my son. My son is 9 years old and is in level four swim class. It took him sometime to get there , however the teachers were all patient non-judgmental and understanding.
I am grateful for them all.

The front desk staff are friendly and engaging! The instructors are awesome and we love the diverse membership.
The variety of exercise classes and weightlifting equipment. I am an older female and the staff is always willing to show me how to exercise and use equipment correctly and safely.

The people are amazing which includes the staff and the members that I've met. The group class instructors are very skilled and motivate us in the classes. I am challenged everytime I go to the Y and there are always different classes to try to mix things up and work different body parts for overall fitness. The pool looks fantastic - always clean and full of energetic adults and kids. I don't swim so I have not spent a lot of time in the pool but I will do a shallow yoga class soon. The facility is clean with plenty of parking and there are lots of exercise equipment options at any given time for members' convenience. I absolutely love the Y!!
As a woman, I am very comfortable in the free weight area. Everyone there is working toward their goals and are polite to one another.

I like the folks on staff that know who I am and stop to talk to me and ask about my day every time they see me. It makes me want to go to this gym in particular as opposed to all of the other gyms I have used over the years
The atmosphere seems less judgemental than other gyms. Less crowded. Has a pool.
Clean premises, friendly staff, TMCA Mission. Wish the Perry Hall location was not closing.

Always clean, facility and equipment in great shape. Worth the price, especially with the pool. Love the Aqua Zumba classes.
Emily T who teaches body pump is such a phenomenal asset to the organization. We have gone to the Y more consistently just based off of having her teach the class we love.
Convenient location and hours. Swimming pool offered and mostly available for lap swimming.
