It’s fine
The staff is friendly and very helpful.
Good facilities, equipment, and staff
Staff members are friendly and efficient. I'd like to suggest that classes be added in aqua yoga and aqua zumba
-on the down side, the sides of the pool and the lane ropes are in need of cleaning.
Good equipment, pool, staff
Great facilities and staff.

Facility and staff.
YMCA is a very good place for families and fitness routines. We have a good time over there and staff is always nice to us.
I enjoy the family atmosphere and all the different programs that are offered. There is something for the whole family to do.
The trainers are awesome
Seth was a great climbing instructor and Jordan did a great job making me feel welcomed.
My daughter loves her coach. She has gone from not being an independent swimmer to being able to swim the length of the pool! We love this class!
The staff was friendly as usual. I was the very last person to finish my painting and I never felt rushed. I had a great time!
I like that the people at the Y are friendly, and the population is diverse-- not just racially, but different age groups and abilities. It makes me feel that everyone is welcome.
One note: Your landscaping company is trying to kill your trees in Catonsville. The huge amount of mulch may look good, but the depth is harmful to the tree. Also, please look up "mulch volcano"-- this is harmful to the tree, as well. (Your landscaper will just sell you another tree if one dies...) A "mulch donut" is far better. Look it up on the University of Maryland Cooperative Extension webpage, or on another reputable site that's not trying to sell you mulch or trees. :)
Thanks for asking!
I can workout with other people in fitness classes at my own pace.
The y has saved my life. Very supportive staff always willing to help.
Convenient location and service hours, affordable price, has the space and kind of equipment for my custom core fitness workouts, friendly and helpful staff, cheerful well lit and air conditioned workout and meeting spaces.
Great for the whole family
Lap swim!
Fun classes for the kids to learn more about sports. However, I wish the childcare center was open longer on the weekends. Closing before 2 pm is unrealistic.
I love the Y!!! My family and I could stay there for hours and not get bored.
welcoming staff - esp .Ryan

The ease of use of the machines and facility.
Those who I have encountered, have been friendly.
The staff gets to know you. and
Are helpful & will take suggestions.
I hate when I am taking classe, That our instructor will give up lanes to others, who are inpatient. For our class to end.
Have meet many people who have become friends.
Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Evening shift lifeguards during the week are pleasant and knowledgeable.
Everything
Coach Jordan is very patient, and our 3year old son has developed great form !!!!
My daughter comes home excited about what she learned - excited to continue to practice on Sunday's (when we go swim with her), and has built a fondness for Ms. Rachel. She has been amazing with our daughter.

I returned from Myrtle Beach after a three month stay where I joined the Aquatic Fitness center in North Myrtle Beach and loved all the classes offered. I wish I could have brought the whole facility and staff home with me.
The Y is the closest type of facility I could find in Catonsville. You have a lot of workout machines for all levels but do not have the easier to use Life Fitness machines which I loved at the beach. I have found comparable machines at the Y. When I can find someone to ask a question they are helpful.
I really like Sandra Duerr's classes- cardiovascular dance, zumba and flexibility . I wish there were more of the stretch/fexibility classes. Since I am not a great early morning person I wish there were more ever fit classes later in the morning.
Thank you for the opportunity to give my feedback. Name removed
