I absolutely loved my experience at The Y in Catonsville! It’s such a welcoming and family-friendly environment. My kids can have fun and stay safe while I work out with peace of mind — which means a lot as a mom. The facility is clean, the staff is always kind, and there are so many great classes and equipment to choose from.
Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a positive and supportive place to stay active! 💪🏼✨
Nice weights and cardio area, not to crowded during early afternoon. Hopefully same in late evening if I go with a full membership and attend after work

Equipment is usually in good working order. There is a nice rock wall and a pool.
Would be even better if there were basketball courts that could also be used for pickleball too like at rhe Ellicott city location

Everything. Everyone is always so nice.
Lots of parking and plenty of privacy when changing. There are an appropriate amount of weights and equipment available no matter what time of day I go there. The pool is a big reason we joined the Y and I'm very pleased with it. Thanks.
What I enjoy about the Y is that it's family-oriented you can bring your children you have a place for them to hang out and have fun while you work out in a safe atmosphere being able to swim whenever I would like
And the pleasantness that you're greeted when you come into the Y and also when you leave out of the Y

Early hours
The equipment, the staff (very friendly and helpful) and the friends I’ve met there.
The instructors are always on time and have great classes.
The receptionists are friendly and helpful.
Some morning classes are very full and getting a spot is challenging.

The availability, easy access, and efficiency of the calendars to ensure proper hours for events.

3) Gentle yoga class has been helpful in increasing flexibility

I visit the YMCA Catonsville at least 5 days per week. The current challenge is the lack of investment into the cycle class bikes. They are in dire need of replacement
