The Y has all of the equipment and space you need to get a good workout any day or time of the week...and they have a pool! A family membership is reasonably priced and the staff are so helpful and friendly.

My personal experiences with the Y at Catonsville have been positive. My only complaint is that I wish they would stay open on the weekdays later to accommodate my work schedule.

Excellent exercise equipment. Well maintained. Stretching machines. Great exercise classes. Attentive personnel. Great pool for swimming laps, children and water aerobics. What's there not to like!

The instructors are so engaging- they keep me motivated! Even if I don’t feel like working out I am excited to spend the hour with my favorite instructors, so I keep showing up!
