Family friendly
Other than the class being cancelled because of the heater breaking it was fine. They gave me a rescheduled time in November and comped my cost.
I love my Zumba instructors, Kalindi, Natasha, and Liz, they make working out fun.
Friendly, welcoming, clean, well-equipped.
One issue: many many folks do not wipe machines after use; and often these are people who exercise hard and sweat a lot. Can the Y staff please do more to remind patrons with signs and verbally. Thanks!

The pools (the only thing I use!) and that our memberships are reciprocal not only within Central MD Y's but in other parts of the country, too.
It is conveniently close to my home. The staff are friendly and always helpful. It is clean, remodeled, and up to date.
Wonderful family atmosphere, plenty of aerobic machines for my wife, I could use a few more things in the weightlifting areas,
1. Hack Squat machine
2. An extra smith machine as opposed to the many free weight squatting racks that go unused for the majority of the time.
3. the chest fly machine is never tuned correctly, its got much more resistance on one side than the other.
Bear in mind this is for the Catonsville Y..not the Dancel Y
People and facility are very nice and professionally operated.
They have the best coffee. Hits the spot after a workout. I like the Wednesday senior citizens monthly events.
Great atmosphere and very helpful and friendly staff. We love the CATY swim team!

Variety
I pretty much like everything about the Y. I really love the bus trips that are offered because the prices are so reasonable. Wish they were more frequent. If I could add something to Catonsville Y it would be a hot tub. I always encourage my family and friend to join the Y. I've made many precious friends since attending the Y. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
The staff is wonderful, the classes are varied and at convenient times, and just in general the Y has a sense of welcome and community that I haven't experienced at any of the other health clubs I've been a member of.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful I love do you mix and mingle with all the different people I have met I also like the trips is so much to do there every day something I like the Aqua therapy I like everything about the YMCA I'm so happy that I joined

Associates are very friendly. Need better control of water temperatures. Water classes are fun.
Nice people and clean facility
It’s typically very well staffed and there is always room for people to work out comfortably. The childcare is also great, which is VERY important to new parents trying make time for themselves & some self care.
There were employees at the desk to help guide me in the direction I needed to go.
EVERYONE was so courteous, informative, and professional. The atmosphere was warm and friendly.
