Your workers were very welcoming and knowledgeable and helped kit out our bike with all the necessary items for biking on a college campus and through town. I recently bought a bike rack from the Trek Store in Greenville, SC for my sedan. Unfortunately, my car broke down soon after, and the new car I purchased wasn’t compatible with the rack. Michael at the store was incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to help me. He processed a full refund for the rack without any hassle.
