We started looking online for E bikes, but on a whim decided to check out the Trek Bicycle Store in Greenville and we are so glad that we did. 1. Personalized attention to helping us find the best E bike to suit our all around needs.2. After we chose and purchased the bike, they got us dialed in on using the features of an E-bike and setting up proper seat height and handle bar position then monitoring us during our test ride and fine tuning everything just right. 3. We have gone back to the shop a few times to add some accessories and for tweaking of adjustments, and everything has been handled with the absolute professionalism and to our satisfaction.
