The staff is excellent and the facility is kept clean and in good working order.
I go to the Y daily and like it because it is close to my home so that's convenient. It is small which allows me to make friends easily. I like the hours-especially being open on Sundays. Usually, it is not crowded so I can use the equipment without waiting and offers a variety of classes for all skill levels. The trainers are helpful, and the desk staff always make me feel welcomed. The center is clean, and the AC is comfortable. I support the Y by volunteering for the Turkey Gobble Run each year.
I have gotten many friends and neighbors to join and I suggested to Ed, the manager, that the Y should reward people with maybe a gift card, who are responsible for getting new members to join. Many establishments do this, and it is a great incentive and may increase your memberships. Is this possible?

Well maintained facility with many options
I like the facilities at the YMCA
Gym is looking nice and its good to see new equipment. My only ask is that you start having members rack their weights and rack them properly. Its a complete mess at 5am with plates everywhere and in no organized manner.
It is neat and clean. Equipment is in good condition and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Lovely staff, great facility, never too busy, no gym-bros… love it!
Love the facility, classes and instructors (cycle)... the only issue is the cleaning of facility. Saturday mornings don't look any different from Friday night when I was there. Sane clump of hair in entrance to mens room, floors not swept, soap dispenser empty. The director called me last time I filled this out and explained issues with cleaning situation, so I understand but want to supply feedback. Not sure if cleaning out inside lockers is there responsibility, but people use them as trash can and leave used q tips, empty cough drop wrappers, hangers, used tissue. Needs to be addressed to all members to clean up after yourself. Also people who groom themselves on sink leave hair clippings...

Eleana Stackum is amazing, patient, flexible, worked with me to make sure my sons are in the right class fit for where they are developmentally at their skill level. The teachers care about the kids. Nathan is an amazing instructor. Gabe loves him.
