Please open the pool for swimming at 5:00 am, not 5:30. Many of the early morning swimmers work so being able to swim at 5:00 am or shortly thereafter is a huge help. It will also spread out the early morning crunch of swimmers thereby reducing lane occupancy.
Very clean and friendly place. They have a variety of classes and there’s always employees around to help if you need it.
Love that they have pickleball 5 days a week!

The employees at Northwest Y as well as the Westchase Y are phenomenal. Always friendly, always helpful very experienced trainers and teachers. It is a joy to go to these two locations.
Great to know that this location is exclusive for adults and the young working force, especially within the downtown workforce arena and for mature and or retired adults within the community! Truly feel there should be more locations like this!
Great selection of equipment and lots of experienced trainers. Trainers are willing to answer questions and give helpful tips. Receptions desk are friendly and helpful.

So far we've used the silver sneakers and the weight room, which has been very beneficial. It's just a wonderful environment and everyone is very helpful.

I love my Y family. I love my group exercise classes. There are multiple activities to choose from. All the personnel are friendly.
The staff when you enter the front doors, Stephanie and Cynthia are very friendly. They greet you by name. They are knowledgeable when asking a question.
Debbie, the line dance instructor is extremely welcoming and makes new participants feel welcome. I appreciate so much, that she begins class on time.
Personal trainer Glenn, makes it a point to call you by name, and say hello even when he isn’t personally training and you pass him in the hall!
Lashawn is one of the most valuable employees at Campo. She has a welcoming smile, friendly and energetic everyday! Even if you’re not taking her classes, she spreads her cheer around. She is an asset in every aspect.

The staff is friendly. The machines are kept in good working order. There are enough machines for everyone that shows up to use.

Coach Alyssa was great with my girls! She made my youngest (preschool beginner) feel comfortable in the water. My oldest (preschool intermediate) loved going to lessons and practicing her skills. Very happy with the progress they both made. Would enroll again, but T-ball has started.
