This is a great place for all ages. I loved the senior classes and the people. I made several friends during our stay in tampa.

The YMCA I attend the people are very friendly and helpful and even though I’m in my late 60s I don’t feel that they treat me any different from any other age person

I love the stick mobility and HIIT classes. Everything is very clean. I love it.

A very welcoming and friendly, clean gym.
Great AOA classes with amazing instructors like; Mary Ruth, Mollie, Maria and Deb & Kim line dancing.

We joined the Y again after stopping membership during COVID. It has been a while, and the Y has improved areas of the gym. We were pleased to see the improvement.
