I do personal training with Mike Reed (since June) and his approach has changed my life. I also swim laps 2-3/wk when weather permits.
Trainer are always ready to answer questions. Plenty of exercise machines.
We fully enjoy the Silver Sneakers classes from 11-12 on Monday through Friday! We have already highly recommended the Y to others.
Like the yoga and stretch classes, wish there were more days/times with classes like this. Like lots of treadmills, can always use one at any time of the day
