This is our first year doing the afterschool enrichment program at the South Tampa YMCA and we have been so happy with it. Our kindergartener has a great time and loves the add on activities he can do like robotics. No complaints - Josh and team do a wonderful job!

The staff are warm and genuinely care about the kids. The curriculum is engaging and the children are never bored. Armani Blanchett is a perfect mix of authoritative and caring. My children love Armani and I know my kids are safe in his care.

I love the convenience of the YMCA after-school program at Summerfield Crossing Elementary, but most of all, Ms. Karissa, I appreciate you. You are truly awesome! You take care of the kids like they’re your very own. Always communicating, keeping parents informed, and handling every situation with patience and love. My son can be a hand full at times, but you correct him with care and compassion. It’s clear that you genuinely love what you do and the students you work with. What stands out most is the balance they provide — kids get time to complete homework, participate in active play, and enjoy creative projects that help them learn and grow. The communication with parents is excellent, and I always feel confident knowing my child is in great hands after school.
