The YMCA gave me the opportunity to take care of myself while my kids are together. My children also take extra classes that provide a better quality of life for them. The teachers, the people who work there, everyone is kind, and the community is becoming stronger and stronger.
They have worked with my grandson and I have been impressed with his progress.

The Northdale Bob Sierra is a great place = almost perfect
I recently joined the Bob Sierra Family YMCA to help me stay active while I enjoy my retirement years. It was quick and easy to join through the Silver Sneakers website and is paid for by my Humana Advantage Gold Plan. The facility is clean and very pleasantly decorated. The staff is friendly and helpful. The instructors for the Aerobics and yoga classes are knowledgeable and in great shape. They are very encouraging and offer routines that help build stamina and flexibility. I would recommend the Y to anyone who wants to be active and feel their best.

I would recommend the Y because I like the availability of the machine and equipment when I need it. I rarely have to wait. The employees are very nice.
The Little Jets have been great for our 2 year old for months now! The coaches have been super friendly and helpful to our little one. Great communication from the office via Molly as well. Thumbs up!
