I don’t like the fact that you don’t do stand alone duct work. I asked to have dryer duct cleared and you wouldn’t do it without doing entire house duct system (which wasn’t needed)

The technician's that came to our center, I believe their names were Austin and Anthony, but they did a wonderful job! We were so surprised at how much dirt and junk came out of the carpet. They were very professional and worked around our schedule as well as our things that were unable to be moved. Highly recommend!!

The cleaner was friendly and the work was done in a timely manner. However, I didn't like the scent he sprayed on. I asked him if it would get sticky and he said no. He stopped it when I started coughing. The rooms he sprayed took longer to dry. Monday was the appointment and I was out of town and didn't return until Thursday, The hall and the office were still slightly damp
at that point and these were the areas where he sprayed. There were also several areas that didn't get especially clean. Overall you did a good job and I would still recommend you,

The carpet cleaner was very professional, gave me info about aiding the drying process on a rainy day, and my carpets now look and feel very clean.

We discussed either going with a deep hot-water extraction versus encapsulating. We agreed with your expert to go with the deep clean, but old stains wicked up. They honored their 30-day "gotta love it" guarantee and came back as soon as our schedules worked out to clean our lobby again and now the carpet looks fantastic - no charge! Done with a smile.

I thought the cleaning was through. The man that did it was incredibly kind and funny. Would have you back again. We were referred by our neighbors and glad we did it. Keep offering the specials on pricing. I was ok paying under $300 for what we got but over that might not be worth it
