Zerorez always does a great job! Every cleaner we have each year is very professional and respectful. This year our cleaner was able to get out a stubborn stain that no one has previously.

The Zerorez technician, Brandon, was courteous, put booties on before entering our home, was professional, efficient, and worked steadily to completion and kept us informed along the way as to what steps he was taking to clean our ducts and what he found.

The hallway carpet is light colored and was very stained. Austin asked what it was because he had to use a different cleaning treatment on it.
Austin was very professional . He knew how to speak very well with the owner. Austin worked very hard.
