No chemicals is important because we have two young children and a dog. Carpets came out looking brand new. I've done carpet cleaning the traditional way and have found Zerorez took out stains that other cleaners weren't able to tackle. I'm definitely impressed!

You did a very good job. I liked the service man that did the work, he was very nice. I would use zerorez again. I just have one negativ'ish' comment. I originally set an appt and then had to cancel it. when I cancelled i said I would like to reschedule and was told that an agent would call me back asap. After about 2 weeks I called again and was told someone would get back to me, it was a couple of days later, I think, that I finally heard from someone. My appt was set for like 3pm and then a girl called me a day b4 my appt and said they would be here between 12 and 2. I waited and they didn't come so I called and asked and they were surprised that I had been told that because they were always planning on my original time. Anyway, it finally got figured out and I got my carpets cleaned and am quite pleased with the results, it just ended up being more of a hassle then I expected.

The staff was friendly and did a great job! They work quickly but efficiently.

Appointment day, they called when they said they would, show up on time, clean & professional. Cleaned the carpets - their system worked great the carpets looked really good. Exactly 1 week later I had a problem. Our dog got sick on the just cleaned carpet. I called mid morning and by 1:30 the same day the guys showed up and restored the carpet. Not only was the service beyond excellent they wouldn't take payment for the return visit. I fully expected to be charged & would still have been extremely satisfied. Great customer service at any price.

I felt like the technicians were very professional, explained their product well and took their time. They payed particular attention to the areas that concerned me most. They did an excellent job , my carpets look great and I feel good that chemicals were not used in our home .

Zerorez was able to get out stains in our new carpet with out having to really soak or scrub. The carpet also dried really fast with was great because we could only have them come when we were open and the areas that were cleaned needed to be used right after. I was afraid that the areas that they just cleaned would get durty right away from the carpet still being wet but they still look great a week later.

The fact no chemicals were used! The team was very friendly & professional. Great results were seen. We had nice compliments.

efficient and quick while being green

They are fast, efficient, and know their stuff.

Our carpet is over 18 yrs old and was showing soil badly in the traffic pattern of our living room, hallway and stairway. I believe past attempts at "shampooing" the carpet did little to remedy that. And, I expect there was a lot of chemical residue left that attracked more dirt. I am pleased with the appearance of our carpet and I think it has been better cleaned by the Zerorez technique.

I like the "green" cleaning process. The technicians were very professional and enjoyed speaking with them. They were also very knowledgeable.
