First of all I really appreciated the rep. that can to our house and cleaned our carpet. He was pleasant and full of knowledge. I was home by myself that day and I always worry about strange people coming into my house, but not that day. He made me feel very comfortable when I asked questions. He definitely knew about the product he was using, and was a wonderful salesperson. I would recommend this company to clean any of my friends houses.

My experience with Zerorez was amazing! After closing on our new house, I had little hope of getting rid of all the unknown stains or the paint spots left from the previous owners. Dennis put my mind at ease and made me feel totally comfortable with the whole situation. He was super friendly and I loved talking with him. On top of that, he worked really hard to make my carpets look almost like new. He even managed to eradicate the red paint spot that I thought would be there forever!
