The carpets were all clean, dried rather quickly and there was no chemical smell. There were a couple of spots that were completely removed.

Tim was efficient and worked hard to make our carpet look like new, or nearly new in maximum wear areas. He had good answers to all my questions, was polite, and was nice to have in our house. My construction company was finishing a project we had a issue with someone spilling paint on new carpet. I call brad at zerorez and told him I need help. turning the space over to client next day he and his crew came out that day and took care of us . I not only kept my deadline with a happy client I found a new carpet cleaning company that went out of there way to take care of me . You may have the best product on market but that day your people made the difference on how they handle the situation. Thanks

Very professional Staff member. He talked with me about what I wanted and then told me what I could expect from the cleaning and let me know exactly what he was going to be doing. I really liked the no "sales" pitch. He did leave me a spot cleaner because I paid for three rooms and I only asked for two rooms and a small hallway. I thought that was very fair and conscientious of him.
It did not dry in 8 hours as he stated. It took two days. I had it cleaned on a monday and today (wednesday) I feel I can move furniture back into place and walk on the carpet. I planned for that so it's fine. I am very satisfied with the cleaning.
