I went with Zerorez because of their earth friendly products. The technician was excellent, explained the process thoroughly, and did an excellent job. I cannot believe how good my carpet looks!! The cleaning process was very effective and the person doing it was very conscientious.

My carpets look great and I didn't have to wait long to put the furniture back. Since they are not using chemicals, I don'thave to worry about my children or dog having a reaction to the public speaking used. They did a great job, was very professional and thorough!

I was really pleased with our whole experience. The reps that came on Friday (I apologize I don't remember their names) were very nice and walked me through everything; they did an amazing job cleaning up what I thought might be impossible spots; and the price was very reasonable. I also appreciate that Zerorez is chemical free and safe for our dog. I'd definitely recommend you guys.
