Zerorez stands behind their product. They came back a few days later at my request to redo some areas. They were cleaned up beautifully, very quickly, on the second trip. Logan was very courteous, respectful and professional. I wish he would have hung ia tarp to prevent flies over the entry door where he he carried in his machine and hoses.. The first crew did that and it was very helpful.

After the job was done, my 9-year old carpet looked brand new and that’s saying something because In addition to human traffic, I have two loving, but sometimes messy and shedding dogs.
