The way you guys use the brush and then use a wonderful system that extracts everything into the Van the carpet is 30 years old and it looks almost brand new. The technician had a great attitude was very positive and very helpful.

I really love the care and efficiency at which the Zerorez team provides their customers. Everyone from the initial phone call to schedule cleaning to the service tech performing the cleaning are careful listeners. Online access makes it easy to get your request in the system and a follow up contact reply confirms your request is quickly attended to. I was able to schedule an appointment with the option of adding my appointment on a wait list, which I chose, and was able to move my cleaning up by a week! The tech for my service was James and worked carefully and diligently on my 1,800+ sqft carpet space...it looks wonderful!
