I truly appreciate the hospitable nature and the quality of people that Assured Environments employs. Justice is a respectful, knowledgable and pleasant guy to be around. We appreciate him at Away Travel. This is our 2nd assigned tech and unfortunately I can't recall the initial person assigned to our site but he was very pleasant as well. Thank you.

Experienced and knowledgeable team to truly treat rodent problems efficiently. Supportive professionals who understand trauma of experiencing rodent infestations and working together to eliminate the problem.
You frequently miss the regular monthly scheduled dates. Most often I learn of this from tenants that have waited all day but had no one show up. If, and it's a big if, I do hear from you, it's most often at the end of the scheduled date.
The service you provide is a common service. It's how you handle us as a customer that has us seeking bids from competition.

Our exterminator is always so wonderful and professional!
I have no complaints about the service people who come here, but I had hoped that Assured would do more than just remove old traps for rodents and insects and put down new ones on both floors. If I want to, I can do that myself, and, as Assured never leaves me with extra glue traps, I still need to buy some for myself to fill in when the Assured traps are full..
