We have had less pest issues with Assured than any of our previous providers. They are very responsive and address issues in a timely manner.
Appreciate the quality of their service.
We have used your company for many years and now have a rat infestation. Whatever your company is doing is not working. You don't replace bait, don't replace traps that have been used. I am not sure what I am being charged for every month. I then had to pay several hundred dollars for more traps/poison whatever. Still we have rats.

Our regularly scheduled exterminator is very pleasant, always on time and thorough. If there is a problem he will pay special attention to those areas. However, we have not had any serious issues since we started using their services over 3 years ago

Four to six months of asking the same question and getting the same vague answer is not normal. It signals either:
• Internal staffing issues they don't want to admit,
• A breakdown in their route management, or
• Avoidance because they don't have a replacement technician lined up.
None of these justify leaving me in the dark.
They stopped communicating changes that directly impact my operations for my property.
The stain on my rug was not there before you arrived,but clearly there the next day . Freddy came up and worked on the area near the bathroom and he made it worse. Mike approved on professional rug cleaners and they were able to clean the original stains which are somewhat improved. The stain that Freddy worked on is worse. In the end I was not reimbursed $393.00 for the cleaning but a long story how it’s not your fault . How would I recommend your work to anyone else?. You don’t stand behind your word.
