COME ON TIME AND DATE SCHEDULE
Your company has repeatedly failed to adhere to the scheduled service times. On multiple occasions, technicians have arrived late without any prior notification or courtesy call to advise of the delay.
Additionally, when technicians do arrive, the level of service provided has often been minimal and does not meet expectations. While the technician himself is knowledgeable and performs his work professionally, there appears to be a lack of management support, communication, and overall customer service from the company.
Improved scheduling, timely communication, and stronger customer support would greatly enhance the overall service experience.
