But we expect a report as what have been done on the inspection. Did he find anything that needed attention? Usually the kids are home and they say they don’t know what have happened. So an email or a paper report would justify the inspection. Hope this would be done at the next inspection thanks

Prompt service, polite technician
We are a Target store on escalation for pest activity. Our scheduled service has been for 3 times weekly and the tech has failed to show consistently for the past 3 weeks. Today the tech did not check in with a leader and then quickly checked out with the first leader he saw. Routine should be for the tech to ask for the PML or a Food Leader upon arrival. Today we were unable to followup with the tech regarding findings and any actions needed. In the past, techs have also noted dropped but not swept them up. They have walked without a leader and not reviewed past open conditions to close once the store has completed the work as well as open new conditions without depictions with the team. As a store team we are working very diligently to minimize our risk to further activity and do not feel that Assured has been a good partner.

We have mice running from pallet to pallet. I saw one mouse around 6:45pm on the foods side of the building and I heard the member say ewww...It was so embarrassing.
